The person that text me to schedule the appointment misunderstood the load and unload locations and told me that the clock started ticking when the crew arrived at the unload address even though we were waiting for them at the load address. Thankfully everything was still completed in less time than I paid for or things could have gone wrong. The team arrived at the correct address and they did a great job! Just be sure you document when you provide details for your move in case you need to reference it.

Well, only one mover showed up for the job until the very end. Douglas, who did show up, was doing the best he could by himself. He was kind, focused and trying to get the job done. Because my daughter and I had other movers scheduled in our other -destination, we had no choice but to help Douglas with as much as we could so we could get on the road. When I asked if he could help with the price, there was no response. I understand that sometimes things happen but because he didn’t even acknowledge my question told me that he didn’t really care about the job. Proceed with caution.

Jesus and Doug were fantastic. I received text messages shortly after booking confirming the moving needs, had great communication leading up to our move and had communication the day of for when they were on their way and their ETA. They are true professionals, I was worried we had too much stuff to fit in the truck and they worked magic to make it all fit safely and securely. Ten out of ten would hire again.
