The team was wonderful! They were there on time and very understanding! They did a fantastic job with our furniture and were able to organize it so everything fitted perfectly in the container! Could not have asked for better movers!

Wow, great service, even though I messed up the moving dates... I set a date to move, but had to change the date a bit later, I logged into the U-Haul site and mad the change for the truck rental, however I didn't know that making the truck rental change did not automatically make the change on MovingHelp.com (Be aware of this) ... Long story short, the moving date was off by 5 days (my fault). I spoke to Neil and he was very helpful to get a couple of his guys to the location within an hour, the guys were great and made the move smooth... Thank you very much Neil, you saved the day ;)

The communicattion with Neil was great. However the movers were unprofessional and intruisive. They asked me why I was moving and if I was going to a bigger place. those two questions alone are very unprofessional and intruisive . You do not ask someone who paid for a service why they are moving or if where they going is bigger . Oh then we got to the new place they also asked me how much I am paying rent. Most residential building have a website , a contact number or person . you want to know the rate , how about you ask them and don't be intruisive in the clients life ? Also I understand they are the expert in moving, but the client is the expert on their furniture and accepting tips on how to cary a piece of furniture from the client could go a long way . do no just be quick to say we know what we doing , we have been moving stuff for a while.
