We hired Nicholas Movers through U-Haul. They arrived on time, but at the end of our 2-hour booking, they left without telling us two rooms were unfinished we assumed the job was complete and tipped based on that. The truck was packed very poorly items weren’t secured, no blankets were used until we asked, and those were shoved in without protecting furniture. We voiced concerns about shifting during our drive through mountains but were told it would be fine. Upon arrival, we found extensive damage a couch leg broken beyond repair, deep scratches on bed rails, and nearly every piece of furniture harmed. The service was careless and unprofessional, resulting in costly, irreversible damage. We cannot recommend them.
