Terrible experience. When they first arrived, they brought down a couple of things while I stayed in my apartment taking apart my bed. Then they disappeared for about 40 minutes. It was pretty clear they went off to waste time. The whole move took them 3 hours — just to move from one studio to another five minutes down the road. They moved very slowly and seemed to be dragging things out to run up the bill. They also struggled to fit furniture through doors, and I had to guide them through it myself. Overall, they didn’t seem skilled or experienced at all. I’d recommend spending a bit more money for movers who actually know what they’re doing and work efficiently. This move caused me more stress than I already had because of how slow and unprofessional they were.

The guy showed up late 30 minutes later but himself never gave me aheadsup or call about any delays. I ordered 2 hours and due to we need to finish asap, we have to manage most of them by ourselves to catch a flight on time. In the end, the whole moving cost 30 min to finish given another two labor from customer side helped. The charge included 2 hrs from the moving help but only did work for 30 min. Mover himself never contacted us asap if he showed up late. Lots of communication problems here.
