On Call Helpers LLC

I would not hire this company for anything! It took 3 days of my texting to gain a response-confirmation. The guys that were sent were nice, took direction well but, young and had never moved before. The owner, Denise, of this company was completely unprofessional! I was unable to leave a voice mail on the number UHaul provided due to the mailbox being full. Could only text. She has another business that takes priority. Moving is stressful enough then to add to it Denise was aggressively demanding of a job code while I was trying to finish loading a UHaul truck and I was on a time crunch, helpers time was completed. She would not stop calling me. We had an unpleasant conversation! (cursing was involved)! I sent the code she needed as soon as I was able to.

I had the worst experience with them ever. The helpers smelled like alcohol and in the middle of the moving one of the helpers stopped working and said he has back issues. Communication was great! Denise was extremely flexible and easy to get a hold off. The men worked fast and diligently. Would advise getting in touch with Denise as soon as you book. I would highly recommend and use them again!

My move was scheduled to start at 10 am, I was told that I will receive a confirmation phone call the morning of my move. I did not receive the phone call, so by 8:45 I called and was told that she forgot about my move. I was told that I can go with another company if I needed to because the soonest

Denise and her crew are amazing. The communication was superb and her guys were quick. She went above and beyond, her crew even helped me load my storage unit even when they didn't have too.
