On The Move

We had to move 2 very full households in the past 4 months. After working with Matt and Jesse in December, we knew who we wanted to hire for the final move. They make the day go smoothly, are a pleasure to work with and do a great overall job. You will not find a better moving crew.

Jesse & Matt were awesome on Sunday! They swooped in immediately after being scheduled after my initial movers canceled on me over an hour after they were supposed to arrive. They arrived exactly within their stated planned arrival time, were extremely friendly, and got to work immediately. They were fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with throughout inclement weather and when running into brief issues, were immediately able to find a workaround that made everything run smoothly. They even offered to help with moving a few pieces of my furniture to a third location even though they didn't actually have to and were just as polite to everyone there who wasn't expecting them to show up. When I'm ready to move once again, I'd absolutely hire them again to help me move as I know the job will be done quick, efficiently, and with two extremely fun and friendly movers!

Working with On the Move was by far the easiest part of my move. Matt and Jesse were kind, helpful, prompt, and professional. I had an issue with U Haul changing my delivery date, placing it after the day I had scheduled with On the Move. Matt and Jesse made it clear that their priority was helping me and making sure I was not stressed by the changes. They rescheduled with no additional charges, completed the unload in less than two hours, and helped me with another item. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Thanks Matt and Jesse.
