DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They insisted I needed to book 3 hours after I booked 2 hours. They also wanted to start at 7am, which wasn’t ideal but I ensured I was ready for their arrival. The team arrived 25 minutes late and still took under 2 hours, even less time than I had initially booked. There was horrible communication leading up to the move and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm my booking. My items were moved and packed in the truck well, but the overall experience was disappointing, frustrating, and simply poor service. This company does not operate with integrity or care for their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not book with this company.

The movers were great, very quick and professional. The service however was much different than any moving help I’ve hired before. When booking you have to provide a full inventory, and if you have more than listed, it will not be moved. I don’t know who has their whole house boxed up a week before moving, so it is very hard to estimate how much you will have. My advice is to really overestimate. You’re paying for the time, so I don’t know why more boxes can’t be loaded if there’s ample time remaining and room in the truck. If I had known this, I would have said I have 100 boxes just to be fully covered. I paid for 2 guys for 5 hours and they needed under 3 hours to load and unload including a 20 min drive.

The movers did a really great job. However, the experience with the company is kind of bad. They contacted the movers before the deadline and asked me to add an additional hour, although my whole service only exceeded for 10mins

The movers that came out to move my stuff were great! Very professional and courteous. However, the guy at the office was quite rude and did not communicate well. He would only text and was slow in getting back. He would not talk to me on the phone and wanted to charge me for an extra hour even though they easily finished within the 2 hours. Very frustrating.
