We started off a bit rocky. I provided detailed instructions and a highlighted map of how to find the loading dock, but they had quite a bit of difficulty so I'm not sure they took the same time that I did to prepare by reviewing my instructions. Nevertheless, Calvin and his partner did a great job! They delivered and loaded my U-box in 2.5 hours flat. Studio size, no bed or couch but a few larger items. They fit 98 percent of my belongings which was impressive, I didn't think half would fit. They brought their own shrink wrap and dolly which was great. Packed that U-box super tight. I've yet to unload it so we'll see how it goes. I didn't have time to get a lock and Calvin was willing to purchase the lock at U-haul for me and place it on the U-box -- this goes above and beyond expectations. They were professional, quick and listened when I gave directions or made an ask! Super grateful for their help.

Calvin and Tyree were great, they did an excellent job loading the truck to maximize available space, were careful with our household goods, friendly, and were even able to extend the job by an hour because we changed to a bigger truck and need more loaded.
