I hired Premium Movers to move my stuff. I originally hired 2 movers but 3 arrived. 1 of 3 movers was late & was wearing flip flops. He was useless. They removed the covers on my mattress & sofa then dragged both items on the ground. This dirtied & damaged the sides of my sofa & mattress. They damaged basically everything. Larger items were damaged & the smallest pieces of furniture were damaged too. Throughout this move, the movers were overheard making negative comments - another indication of their unprofessionalism. They needed a ride to the unloading loc. and then needed a ride home after. 1 of the guys arrived at the start of the job smelling awful. He sat in my BRAND NEW car & odour-stained my seats so badly that a professional detail could not and did not get rid of the smell. DO NOT hire this company. They’re FALSELY advertised as professional and experienced. Wendell Parke told me to contact his employees privately about the issues. He did not meet his onus as company owner.

Didn't need alot moved but needed help with afew bulky items so I booked some helpers. They did a great job, did everything i needed. Friendly and efficient workers. Would use the service again if I ever move back into a city area
