Chris was phenomenal and was a huge help. He couldn’t get another mover to help him so he came out to do the job solo. We helped as much as we could so he wasn’t doing it all by himself but he was great. He was very nice, professional, and friendly and communicated with us when he was on the way. We would definitely work with him again someday.

16 yr old was constantly texting until we asked him to stop & focus on the job. 20 yr old did all the heavy lifting (this poor guys 1st day on the job). They didn't know how to properly stack the boxes, storage bins & furniture so we had to instruct them how to do so in order for everything to fit in the truck. They damaged a couple of furniture items too, but not enough to be worth putting a claim through. Theirs was the lowest cost. Definitely not professional movers. We would not use them again.

I was quite surprised at how young these two boys were when the arrived. I was a bit worried about their backs as they seemed inexperienced with proper lifting. Communication was great en route and they were careful with what they were lifting as to not scratch stuff but I did have to educate them on how to load a truck and to not take things too quickly up and down.

This was the worst experience we’ve had using a moving company. To start they were supposed to arrive at 3pm on the 24th with 2 movers, they weren’t able to come until the next morning. The owner Chris promised us a partial refund for the inconvenience. When the movers arrived they were extremely sloppy with our furniture, we provided a dolly they refused to use which resulted in breaking our desk and one of our dressers. Along with multiple dents and scratches along the walls stair post and doorways. They were constantly arguing and cussing at each other in front of our 3 small children and at one point even said ‘just don’t say anything it will be $50 out of our pockets’. I filed a formal complaint through movinghelp, email the owner, called the owner and there has been no response. We feel scammed to say the least. I would highly recommend choosing a different moving.
