Realized I had scheduled them a day early. Had them disassemble metal shelving to make more room and informed I'd pack the rest after I finish - basically pack it tight. Was very disappointed. I had used them for an earlier packing and felt they'd done a good job, hence, scheduled them again. Had to schedule a new crew to unpack and repack the Ubox.

Pro Movers was awesome. Good, proactive communication, showed up when promised (unlike another Moving Help vendor I used today), worked fast and did a great job. I wish so much I could have used them for both legs of move.
