Our expected issue was simply eating with awkward layout of the main stair access. I requested experienced help and both, did they de;over. The two gentlemen were respectful, raised questions appropriately and delivered an exceptional performance- handling large, heavy and awkward lifts. They did everything requested and were a pleasure to have us complete this step of our move out of the home.

I had the absolute best moving experience. John was a total professional. He made contact the morning of the move to introduce himself and to inform about the change in helpers.. He moved my 2 bedroom apartment all by himself. John is the truth. He didn't waste time. It was quite obvious that he knew what he was doing. I have no complaints, only praise! Had a move involving lot of heavy furniture to a storage unit. John and his team showed up, we did a walk through of what was needed and they got to it. Very pleasant and professional, all around solid at what they did, they tested my furniture well and caused no damage at all. An integrity point that I absolutely appreciated, when we were unloading, John grabbed me and told me a glass pane in a buffet had a crack in it. He wasn't sure how it happened but said it must have been a drawer or something he didn't catch earlier. I asked him to show me specifically. The glass has previously cracked while in the home some time ago. The fact that he went out of his way to show me, not try to hide it and was so apologetic, you can tell he truly takes pride in his work. He was enormously relieved when I told him that the damage was from prior and it wasn't his team that did it. 10 out of 10 would hire his team again.
