I greatly appreciate all of the work that was put in by the movers! My only concern was there were quite a few boxes and items dropped and things left outside that should have been inside. I’m not sure if it’s typically the moving company’s responsibility but the U-Haul was left open with the ramp down and I wasn’t informed. Otherwise, they truly helped us greatly!

I've used a few different MovingHelp crews, and RelocateMEright stood out for one simple reason - communication. Owner Michael was personally on-site and effectively became a third mover at no extra cost. He stayed by the truck the whole time, organizing, stacking, and making sure the load was tight and secure; exactly what you want if you care about how things ride. Of the two movers I hired, one absolutely crushed it; handled the heavy items and kept the pace up. The other... let's say he preferred light-duty logistics. He pushed a few pieces instead of lifting and caused some minor scratches. I wasn't bothered (most of those items are being given away), but if you are picky about finishes, just ask Michael up front to keep an eye on that; he has multiple movers and clearly sets the standard. I chose them for their communication, timeliness, and reliability, and that's exactly what I got. With Michael's hands-on leadership and a quick note about handling, you'll have a 5-star move.
