Pete and Johnny were great! They were on time, prepared for work, and professional through the whole move. They brought all the supplies they needed, knew what to do, and got right to work. I wasn’t planning on hiring movers. We loaded the Uhaul ourselves (took about 5 hours). When we got to the new building we find out there was no avoiding a flight of stairs and the elevator is small. It was already around 6pm on a Sunday. I saw the ‘need help unloading?’ sign inside the U-Haul and Rescue Movers popped up. It seemed too good to be true that someone would come help us right then and there ESPECIALLY at a cheaper rate than what preplanned movers were charging. I booked and called. Pete answered right away, he confirmed and told me not to worry. He asked me some questions to find out what tools he should bring. He showed up with someone within 35 minutes. They arrived ready to go. Friendly, calm and didn’t waste a second. They worked quickly and efficiently while being very careful with my belongings and respectful of my new apartment. I have no idea what we would have done without them that night. I cannot recommend this company enough.
