Rodri & his mate were amazing. They helped with U-haul positioning, backing etc. Very efficient with the time. Thorough & professional. Docking the company 1 star since they had to push the move by a day since their previous job that day ran over time. I'd recommend better and proactive communication by the company, esp. for customers who are scheduled for later in the day. The 1st job can delay these guys big time. So, there needs to be a buffer with their scheduling or they need to have backup movers available in case the 1st set are unable to make it.

Appreciate how they secure and tie down the load, and load the uhaul so effectively. My stuff didn’t move AT ALL and not a single thing was damaged. When they tell you to go get some rope, do it!

The crew were simply amazing! Very efficient, courteous & timely. The snow storm pushed us back but they were excellent in communicating effectively when they felt would be a safe time to move for them & myself.
