Chris was super communicative and helpful even when my moving truck was an hour late to arrive. He assured me that he wouldn’t leave me hanging and he didn’t; Chris and Ty unloaded my whole uHaul with efficiency, care, and outstanding customer communication. Chris and Ty were terrific. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were also patient with various setbacks and challenges (heavy traffic into Philly, delay getting the apartment keys, strange architecture at the destination such as many half staircases and long distances from elevators).
