I can’t express the amount of gratitude for these movers. I booked with another company and they did not show up after paying for them. So I had to book another moving company and the only regret I have was not booking with Silver Back in the first place. I booked with them and they responded in 30 minutes top! Travis and Calvin were extremely professional, fast, organized, courteous, and plus they were mindful of my sensitive work equipment. I told them my previous experience and they even apologized for the other people that didn’t show up. If you’re in need of movers DO NOT HESITATE and book with them, I promise you won’t regret it!

Unprofessional is all that I can say. Damaged my tv stand while taking it out of the U-Haul as I watched with my eyes as the metal separated from the wood. And instead of an apology he gave all kinds of reason why he didn’t do it. Went on with several unprofessional txt messages, much of which were irrelevant to anything but him complaining about my load. If you have extra money do yourself a favor and pay someone else more for better service. I had to give a star to complete the review, but 0 stars

Labers have no experience,no tools even a dolly to move staff. One package called down from the second floor, some things broken.
