Thankfully they worked an additional 45 minutes to help complete the move without complaining. I paid them for this overtime. The young boy was clearly inexperienced and was less than effective. I had to teach him how to use a dolly instead of caring individual boxes. It took the two of them three and a half hours to unload where is it only took one man three and a half hours to load. I expected a quicker unload. And they had no clue as to how to maximize the use of the storage unit. So all of this took more time, but I was willing to pay for more time to get it done. I already tipped them.
