At the last minute, I had family members unsure if they could help. With deadlines looming to get out of storage unit & into my new house (and all the usual overlappings responsibilities & timelines)...I panicked. I'm an elderly woman and absolutely had to have help. I went online the NIGHT BEFORE to schedule help for the following day (a Saturday!!). I wasn't sure if I would get a response with such short notice. Bright and early Saturday morning, Seth texted me their availability. They squeezed me in between two other jobs! With an atypical & peiced together moving day, Seth was extremely good at staying in touch and making this work. I've dealt with a lot of service people over the years and it's rare to get someone this good at communication when scheduling and details are fuzzy (on my end) or a moving target (on my end!!). 3 guys showed up (a bonus!); they were professional, efficient, & personable. Great at following directions, knowledgeable & hardworking. Highly recommend.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE! Our experience was horrible. Although the two movers were nice and cordial, they did not pack our truck properly. Items placed up high (boxes and smaller furniture) were not strapped in properly. The whole truck was not secured layer by layer so minimize shifting. Furniture was not protected properly with blankets (draped, not secured with tape or wrap.). The blankets just slid off during the journey. Wood and leather furniture sustained damage from items falling around truck during transit. I had plenty of ratchet straps and blankets that went unused. If I had been doing a cross-town move, it might have been OK. But, I was driving 1400 miles and they knew that. I sent pictures to the company showing what the truck looked like and the damage that took place. His response was, my guys worked hard. Great. He offered me $100 as a goodwill gesture. Seriously? BETTER TO PACK THE TRUCK YOURSELF INSTEAD OF USING THESE GUYS.

They were a powerhouse. We had a big move so it was a stuffed 20' truck. Had them for nearly 2 hours and they cleared most of it in that time frame and nothing was broken. Hire these guys you won't regret it.
