Everything got to Colorado with no damage. I didn't have enough straps on hand so they gave me one of theirs because they cared about the safe arrival of my furniture. Totally happy.

I reserved 2 movers. 1 person showed up on a bicycle. After I explained that I reserved 2 movers, I was asked if I wanted to get someone else to come out(I thought that was obvious). Even though I helped out, the move took an extra hour and a half because there was only one person doing the moving. In all my life, I have NEVER hired movers and only had one show up on a bike. Although he was there BY HIMSELF, he also tried to charge me more than the Uhaul website amount because I was moving my items out of a ubox that the truck was literally backed up to at the Uhaul storage facility.
