Mike and his sons did a great job unloading all of our stuff and they were careful carrying them upstairs to the bonus room. They were efficient and very respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.

These guys were excellent. Michael communicated with me and was flexible on time since I had a delay. He and his team powered through with only a single 5 minute break for a 2.5+ hour job.

Even though the were kind. The job took very long. They came unprepared with no dolly and were wearing crocs. We were able to have the truck loaded in 1 hr and it took them nearly 4 to unload. Things were not placed well and we have some items that ended up smashed and broke due to how they were placed in the rooms. Multiple breaks were taken in the initial scheduled time and then before time was up an extension was mentioned. It felt like they were going slow purposely so we would have to pay more. With it taking so long my husband started to help bring in items and he would be able to do two trips before they would do one and he would often bring in more items as well. Communication was okay at first. But then they started placing boxes in random places instead of in the labeled area. Overall disappointed.

This was for packing only. I hired loaders also. Some nice guys. They communicated a lot because of running late due to traffic. Unfortunately, although the packing that was done was done well, it did not cover a good enough portion of the total packing needed. This left me rushing & exhausted trying to prepare for the loaders. I have used packers before and there has to be a sense of urgency, as well as, being careful with how things are packed to prevent damage, both are important. If I saw the sense urgency existed with them, I would have gladly paid for more help & time. Although, I do believe 2 hours with 2 packers should have been enough to cover the majority of the job.
