Hayden and his partner broke the frame of my bed and lost a vital piece of it. When I asked them to look for it they first said the piece was accounted for and then changed it too it's probably at the other location. It was not. I went over my time by 10 minutes and they tried to charge additional. When I asked could the fee be waived due to the damage he decline and stated I was wasting their timeThey moved th item so carelessly. My matters was wrapped in plastic when they loaded it by tg time they unloaded it was uncover and th mattress cover ripped. Still no apology for any of these matters. They were unprofessional, didn't ask how I wanted things, and carelessly handled items marked fragile. I paid for their service but I damn sure did not pay extra or tip.
