The guy that came to help us were awesome. We only asked them to move the heavy furniture but they help move everything.

I will never use them again. I honestly cant believe I paid them. They were very un professional. Did not have equipment to move my things carefully. They dropped my dresser off the trailer. I was livid. So I told them to set everything in the living room because I didn't trust my stuff would get upstairs safely. I did ask them to take my bed upstairs. Mind you I don't have many stairs I also have a big like triangle shape break in between stairs. Will as they brought my frame up the stopped and disassemble the frame. There literally was no need if they knew what they were doing. So they decided to put it back together. Using my tools because again not prepared It was wrong and lopsided and all in the wrong room on which I told them. So I had to move everything again by myself. And I still have to figure out my furniture downstairs. What started as a stress free day ended up my nightmare of an evening. Move it yourself before hiring them because you are going to have move it again.

I’m not happy with the fact that the 6 digit code to provide the movers was not working, especially since the level of professionalism, friendliness of kindness of the movers went well above expectations. They were sensitive to my 86 year old father’s possessions and emotional state during the move-checking in on him and engaging with us to lighten the mood and make moving less hectic. In fact, they made the experience quite enjoyable considering the emotional tone of the move. Thank God there are still hard-working, kind hearted people in this world!
