I booked this company to help me move into my new home. I never received a call or text after booking so I called them to ask if they received my booking from the Uhaul app. They said that they would come after their current appointment. They showed up like they said and went straight to work. I know that moving furniture is not easy but I saw them having full blow conversations and sitting in the truck while on the clock. I feel when you are working by the hour that type of thing is not cool. I paid for 2 hours but they finished early because my family moved all the beds and other items before they arrived therefore the job wasn't a hard one. Either way, I appreciate their help.
