Texas All Stars were great. We needed to schedule a move at the last minute and they made it happen for us plus cleaning services. The movers Eric and Bentley were professional, helpful, and quick.

Extremely frustrating experience. My reservation window was 9.00 to 10.00 AM but the first mover arrived at 11.30 and the second at 12.30 with no communication. I had to reach out myself just to get updates which is unacceptable. Because of their poor time management I had to spend extra money since I had other movers scheduled later to unload. I was supposed to be at my destination by 12.00 PM and could not make it.On top of that one of the movers Kris broke my TV stand by trying to move it alone when it clearly required two people.Overall this company has serious issues with time management communication and care for customers belongings. I do not recommend booking with them.

We scheduled movers for a morning shift. The night before our move we got a text confirming if between 10 am and 11 am would work which we agreed. The next morning at 1110 no one had shown up and we reached out to inquire when our movers would arrive with poor communication that they were on the way. Our first of two movers arrived at 1210 and stated the other guy was on the way. I tried reaching out to Reggie who was in charge of scheduling which I couldn’t get ahold of him. Once I finally got him on the phone I expressed my dissatisfaction and the fact that we had to get our U-Haul back by a certain time or we would be charged additional which is why we scheduled a morning slot. He was EXTREMLY rude and told me to basically he didn’t care what I had going on and if I was upset to cancel the movers which was not an option for me. The second mover didn’t show up until the last twenty minutes yet I was still charged for both movers and the full amount of time. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied.
