I went into this move expecting it to be hard, stressful, and complicated, but the movers made the entire process completely seamless. They were professional, efficient, and worked together so smoothly that everything was finished in a fraction of the time I anticipated. They handled my belongings with care and made what could have been an overwhelming day feel easy and organized. One thing to note is that there is a minimum four-hour booking requirement, which I wasn’t aware of initially, but it ended up not being an issue because they used the time efficiently. Overall, this was a stress-free experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.

We hired movers mainly to help us move larger items into our truck, but the movers initially only focused on taking smaller items at a time and were taking ample time each trip. In the end, we ended up directing them what larger items we had to have help with and only when we were present did they actually work in a timely fashion. In addition to having to direct them, they also broke our daughter’s desk, a plant, and a leg on our antique entertainment center. We canceled our appointment we had with them the next day to unload the truck. It became even more clear how unprofessional they were when compared to the moving team we used to unload the truck. Velocity Moving moved only a fraction of our items out of a ground floor apartment in 2 hours while the replacement crew moved all of our items into a townhouse within 2 hours.
