We originally hired someone else and they canceled on us. We Are Movers came through last minute and literally saved the day! He was very patient while we handled with a U-Haul issue at the counter. Moved everything fast, professional, in & out! Took great care with my stuff. Everything made it safe. If I need anything moved in the area, I will definitely look them up FIRST.

Company sent one person to do a job that required two. Delivered one box and then disappeared for 4.5 hours before they brought the second box. Had said they would be back in an hour. Did not respond to phone calls. Came back two days later to finish the job and that was only because otherwise they would not have been paid. Will not utilize this provider again. Service and communication were definitely not acceptable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Driver dropped off storage units (late) and said he was picking up his buddy and would be right back. Did not return so my son and I ended up unloading one unit. After I called and complained, he showed up alone the next day. I still had to pay the full cost of the move as he refused to reimbuse for anything. Would not use again.
