They had truck issues arrived 6 hrs late after dark. I understand this is out of their control. There was 1 adult man 2 teens, maybe they were in their 20s but they looked young were maybe 110lbs each so not built for heavy lifting. They were already tired as it was 830p this was their 4th job of the day. The adult who was my contact person disappeared left these 2 tired kids to do all the work without even a dolly or any equipment at all. They barely spoke or made eye contact. They worked really hard but it was clear they were so tired I felt bad for them. Since they were unprepared for the job clearly in survival mode several of my items were damaged in the move but I know these kids did the best they could. When the adult reappeared I asked him to help place the mattress on top of the bed frame (the heavy mattress was my reason for hiring help) he acted put out to assist. It was weird vibes. I felt guilty for making them work but I paid for a service and needed help
