Contacted me immediately after booking. Stayed in touch as I had to reschedule date. The 2 men were very helpful, quick & thorough. They put together anything they had to take apart to make. Even though my huge couch was about same width as my stairway, they made it clear without damage. Would recommend

Company was very flexible and helpful. Uhaul's uncertainty in delivering the Uboxes made it less convenient - the Uboxes showed up later than the promised window.

The service started over 5 hours late. I was told by one person on the phone that this was due to arguing among the various individuals involved at the company. I should not be hearing about internal squabbles, and arguments should not have jeopardized my service. It cost me a huge amount of difficulty.

I paid for 2 movers and I only received one. I was very upset that I didn’t get what I paid for. That’s not good business.!My nephew had to help him. Even though he did a great job by himself. The mover that came was excellent. I was very pleased with the job he did by himself. I would use him any day. I gave him a $40 tip in cash.
