Movers arrived 45 minutes past agreed time. Very nice guys, but not great movers at all. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture and multiple floors of the house when moving because they dragged the furniture on the ground instead of carrying it. The movers were also very slow, resulting in being overcharged for services. Owner was rude and demanded payment code from me before the job was complete, which removed my leverage to have issues resolved. He pressured me for it so hard that I didn't realize I wasn't supposed to give it to him until after the move the was complete to my satisfaction. I believe he did that on purpose to make sure he got his money whether I was satisfied or not. Tried to resolve issues with the owner, but he got his money, so doesn't care at all. He could really use some customer service training. Overall, I would very much NOT recommend The Moving Crew.

Justin and Logan were absolutely outstanding. They were on time, professional, and packed our truck efficiently so we could fit everything. These two men were awesome and would highly recommend them for any moving job. Very personable and understanding on any directions given. Two thumbs up!!!
