The guys did the job. It was not easy as there was a couple of stairs with narrow space however they did a great job. The communication by driver was great giving updates on arrival time. On a busy moving day you need to be flexible with time so keep that in mind. Would book them again.

Couch stuck in hallway, walls and banisters scraped, hole in wall, and door, broke 55-inch Roku TV. Couch left in hallway of new house. My moving time was used up on the account that they didn't know how to move a Couch downstairs so a considerable amount of time was used up trying to move it and I still don't have it in my house!!!!

My 55-inch flat screen TV shows half the screen in black and half viewable. The TV is broken. I can't watch anything on the screen because half of it is black. The owner of the home I moved from is very angry because your movers put a hole in his wall, trying to carry out a sofa and love seat. They also scraped the walls and banister going down the stairs.

The job was a bit tough and guys were polite and respectful, but they were 30 minutes late and left after an hour and a half instead of the 2 hours I paid for. Some things were a bit banged up and my mattress cover was torn in several places. It needs to be replaced. I hate to not give them a better review because they were nice young men, but I'd be doing you a disservice by not being honest. They work hard, but they are not professional movers. This is their side hustle. understand that and you will get what you pay for.
