Our movers were great and quick. The company did not reach out within 24 hours of booking and we had to initiate contact to confirm time and details. We were also charged 3 hours for what ended up just being an hour of move help and 15 to 20 minute drive time. Room for improvement on communication and travel fees accounted better for shorter or local travel.

Sean and Anthony were great, some of the best movers I have ever worked with. I'm only giving a poor review because unlike every other mover I have worked with, Bailey's tried to spring a transportation fee the day of, saying that even though I booked them for two hours I would only get them for one because of drive time, but I could pay to extend the time if I wanted! When I pressed them about this, they backed off, and explained that the movers just wouldn't get paid the transportation fee this time - but refused to answer my follow up questions or pick up the phone so I could make sure they got paid. In any event, shady as all hell.
