I paid your company for (2) movers for (2) hours, and only one showed. I had a 26ft truck which was full to capacity. There was no way person could unload the truck. My husband had to pay additional people to help unload. Zion with Blitz moving did a good job, considering he was the only worker. I paid for service you did not provide as promised and I feel that I am owed a partial refund. I can’t believe at this survey, you’re requesting a tip for 2 drivers.

Hello. On the 16th of August, we ordered Blitz Movers. We reached out to Zion hours ahead of time before the move began. He confirmed to arrive on time, where in fact the movers showed up 70 minutes late. I was told that we wouldn't lose any time, and that the move would take place for the same length of time we reserved (2 hours.) At that point, I loaded the truck myself and told them to meet me at the new location to unload. They unloaded the truck at the new house in about an hour, and we had a few more items at the previous house to grab. Instead of following through on the agreed upon timeblock, the movers left after an hour. They were sloppy with loading fragile boxes and several of our furniture items in the new house. They caused some damage on a banister while attempting to move a dresser. These movers didn't even offer to do a partial refund either, although they left, knowing they had a whole hour left on the clock that we paid for. This was NOT a good experience at all.

The movers themselves were fantastic. There were some scheduling and communication issues with the company leading up to the move time and at the beginning of the move, but it got resolved.
