The helper and time was changed without me being notified. I ended up with 3 helpers for 2 hours, instead of 2 helpers for 3 hours so everything was rushed so they would get to another job they booked. the furniture in the truck wasn't covered with blankets and I supplied 24 of them, maybe 6 got used so some furniture ended up getting scratched from being stacked on top of other pieces. The guys on the day were lovely people and took control of the move, we could have been more efficient if myself and my husband were able to assist loading the truck.

Initially we were happy that they were able to fit everything from our 2-bedroom apartment into a 15’ u-haul. However, due to choices to pack cabinets in their side etc, several of our things and furniture pieces were damaged which was very disappointing.
