Caveman Moves

Do not use Caveman Moves. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The movers clearly lacked the basic knowledge needed to properly load a U-Haul box, which resulted in several of my belongings being damaged during the move. I actually had to step in and instruct them on how to load and protect my own furniture and artwork—something no customer should ever have to do after paying for a professional service. After the move, I contacted Ryan, the owner, to request a partial refund to help cover the cost of repairing the damaged items. Unfortunately, he has been completely unresponsive. Overall, this was a very negative experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your belongings handled with care and professionalism.

The cleaners who came in were not cleaning people. My landlord was happy about the overall status of the house one week before we moved out. We hired the cleaners on our last day in the home after all the household goods were moved out. They cleaned such a way that they left streaks on the counters in bathrooms, kitchen and got the bathroom clogged. We have been fined $400 by the landlord citing all the reasons above. Absolutely disappointed at the way they finished the cleaning work.

Sid was excellent. Unfortunately, he was the only mover present though two men were expected. There were no appliances, but with stairs and a few large it was not a job for one person. I could not be present, but my daughter had taken time off from work to be at the condo for move-in. She ended up helping Sid move the larger items. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I had been diligent about making contact with the moving company, and my daughter had followed up with her own calls. Terrible service.
