While I appreciate you and your team coming out to help, there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. When the crew arrived, they began smoking marijuana in the parking garage, and the odor remained throughout the move, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, we booked three movers for three hours, yet less than half of the truck was loaded in that time. I understand you had worked a long day prior, but in that case, it would have been better not to overbook or to communicate in advance that the pace might be affected so we could make other arrangements. To add to this typically if a moving company can’t finish in a certain time they will work with you to get the job completed. So to hear that you guys weren’t willing to compromise and was shutting down right at 3 hours that was also frustrating. We also experienced damage to a couple of items that were noticed once we unpacked from broken glasses to chip wood on our dressers.

They were good overall. Really skilled with loading stuff and arranging them in the truck. They did however cause a small chaos with the apartment folks when blocking the elevator but we took care of it.
