I had a 760ft one-bedroom apartment so boxes were blocking a hallway to the bedroom and the couch and the 15' truck I rented was an underestimation on my part...all to say- we had to make a second trip. While my brother and my mom and I were packing and unpacking the second run of the move we wondered- why didn't the professional movers who had equipment to help moving big bulky heavy things take those things first? Instead they took almost all of the boxes. Things that we could've handled ourselves. The things that we struggled with were, for example, a pull out couch mattress, file cabinet, recliner chair, rug. I mean they were late getting to the second location bc they had to stop for gas and bathroom break on the way, then couldn't find the new apartment bc their gps told them the wrong address. But honestly that wasn't a big deal bc I had to meet with the complex to get the keys anyway. That's all, more on the company for not training to pack heavy big things first. Other that,
