The workers arrived 3 hrs late with an excuse of having lost their phone. Did not introduce themselves. They only showed up to offload and because of this I was not able to move all my belongings. Do recommend at all. Very uncitisfyed.

The leader of the two was rude and added fees that weren't suppose to be added. They damaged several items (have pictures to prove it). They also purposely took their time once getting to the residence... os I had to cash app him the 55.00 because I wanted to switch cards. One of the workers was courteous so that's the only reason this wasn't all poor scoring. I will be calling the super for partial refund. Will never use them again!!!

Do not use this service. I called them 5 times before the scheduled date. No reply. But when they called me they want double money for unloading which leaves me no time to change. I will never to use uhaul helper services.
