Jeremiah the owner was very polite when speaking over the phone with him. However, he needs to choose his help more wisely. 30 mins late, both of them shown up smelling like marijuana, left a dooby that they smoked in back of our UHaul truck, made a huge gash in one of our bedroom doors at new construction house. On phone with Jeremiah after move I was looking for the code & his helper said in background, We aren’t leaving this bitch without that code. Also, we had a phone go missing that was stolen. They were the only ones in our house that could’ve took it. It was linked to my wife cellphone. 2 to 3 days after move, all of her contacts were wiped, locked out of her AppleID & much more. Thankfully after a week my wife was able to recover everything back onto her cell phone. This company is not professional at all. Spend the little extra money & use someone else. I plan on reporting this all to UHaul.
