To much of their time was spent on their phones taking personal phone calls & they were not able to get all my things unloaded but they were friendly & respectful

Customer had to reach out prior to move. The day prior a text was received to change the time on their arrival from morning to afternoon so had to change pick up time and others could no longer help. They were also late in arriving. Total load was 25 minutes and they wanted an additional $30 to unload in Tuttle although nothing was stated until after the load. Would not recommend.
