My experience was stressful and disappointing. There were issues with how my belongings were handled, resulting in damage, and the level of professionalism did not meet expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times without clear resolution. Moving is already a stressful process, and this situation made it significantly worse. I hope the company takes accountability and improves both handling and customer communication moving forward.

Mike was a terrific mover with Stress Free Moves. Chris did a great job finding a replacement mover when one of the movers cars would not start. Mike filled in with his own tools and dolly and made my move with efficiency and care. His ability to orchestrate a move in terms of what goes first down to the last item demonstrated his depth of moving experience. He also was adept at moving a dolly handling a sleep sofa with minimal assistance. It was impressive. Thanks Mike and Chris for making an efficient move on a cold day. Chris and team did a decent job with the move. The items were heavy furniture which the team did a great job in moving 2 flight of stairs. The one improvement I can recommend is having furniture dolly which would have made getting furniture in and out a lot easier. The other movers (unloaders) got the big sofa bed out using dolly in a minute which while lifting seemed like a tedious job. Overall satisfied with the work. Hoping Chris and team take the feedback as positive and be more prepared for future moves.
