Gerald was very meticulous and professional. Unfortunately, only one person was there so he had to do it all. In the future, highly recommend 2 people so one person does the moving and the other packing/arranging. Overall, it was a positive experience.

One guy arrived 30 min late and the second guy arrived 1.5 hours late. They were polite and got the move done but at one point I walked out to the moving truck and found one of them standing on my couch with his shoes on while he was trying to move some stuff around overhead. Left stains on the top

They were communicative, and pleasant to be around, the were flexible on the start time since uhaul canceled my truck and the time changed. Ya not hiccup was it taking 4 hours vs the 2 hours estimated- but overall very satisfied.

The movers did an outstanding job - unloading our moving truck and moving my belongings to my apartment unit on a second floor. They were very meticulous and careful with my furniture. I highly recommend them! they also finished before the 2 hour minimum as well.
