I hired 4 movers for 4 hours for this move. 2 movers showed up and worked for 3 hours. I paid for 4 movers for 4 hours. I am fine to pay for 2 movers for 4 hours since I overestimated the time, but do not appreciate paying for 2 movers who did not show up. I will tip once I am refunded for those 2 movers who were not here.

I hired this company for both loading and unloading. I’ve already detailed my frustration with timeliness in my loading review. When the crew did the loading and unloading, 2 trips, they were great. Super hardworking in the heat, careful and strong. I just wish the communication at the office was better.

The scheduling for this labor help was for 11.30. This company sent me a text at 10.40 saying they would be late but we’re finishing a job an hour away. At 11.20 I asked for an ETA. An hour later they said 2.30. So when I asked why this would be 3 hours late they waited another hour to respond saying they were on their way. Another delay due to the guys getting pulled iover. A whole new crew called in. By the time the crew came we were 4 hours late to start. That being said, this crew was great, hard working, fast, and careful of my things. My issue with this company is the timeliness and all the things I could have done while I thought they on their way.

The guys were nice and professional while they were at my home, however, they were 3 hours late, I had booked 6 hours of work and they were done in 3, the company is refusing to refund the unused 3 hours. Additionally, they damaged walls and a door frame, which I could have delt with had the unused time been refunded. Hopefully with all the damage to my home when get to unpack our furniture nothing else is damaged.

I only give 3 stars because they were very efficient in getting the truck loaded. Very nice guys. Issue is that we had several boxes get flipped upside down during loading. We’ve found several broken items so far.
