They are scam artists. I never had them move me! My budget truck was canceled and I contacted them and never got refund they ask me for code. At that time I didn’t know that was saying I received the service.

I have moved over 20 times and four different states. What should have been a relatively simple move turned out to be the worst move I ever experienced. Several of my items were damaged as a result of the movers dragging them across the floor. Despite several other damaged items such as one of the numbers missing from my digital safe, damage to both bedrooms sets, I only requested they compensate me for the two most important ones, a broken leg on my dresser and the damaged material on my adjustable bed frame. To date, this has not been resolved. I paid extra for a piano. The men sent were not strong enough to lift the piano. I requested three movers. When I complained about them not being strong enough to move the piano on their own, I was told it takes at least four people to move a piano. The funny thing is when the truck was loaded, there were only three men and they completed the task in two hours. No issues. These three men took over 5 hours.

The men that came to move were very kind and efficient. Would consider using them again but they damaged the walls in my apartment stairway and refuse to reimburse for the $175 I was charged to repair the hallway. Very disappointed.

The move was scheduled between 4pm and 5pm. At 515pm I contacted Pam to inquire about arrival time and she stated she just spoke with the movers but needed to call them and call me back. Pam called back & informed me that the time would now be 9pm. Pam called back at about 745pm asking to send the movers the next day as they’ve been further delayed and she will send a fresh crew in the morning. This was now a financial inconvenience and I had to pay Uhaul for another day with the truck. The next morning the crew arrived and I was informed by the lead that they were supposed to come the previous day and apologized for that. This meant there wasn’t a fresh crew sent out. The crew moved the heavier pieces out of the way to get to the light items. The men were told upon arrival by and reminded to focus on getting the large furniture first with the limited timeframe. They did not. I received word from the crew I need to pay for an additional hour or they are to stop working. FAIL!!

I strongly recommend avoiding this moving company. After my move, I discovered that multiple pieces of jewelry were missing, including sentimental family heirlooms. I filed a police report, have a case number, and a detective has been assigned. The company told me they do not have insurance. I have provided documentation of the missing items and am still seeking resolution. In addition, the mover assigned to my job was extremely rude and careless with packing and handling my personal belongings. This has been an extremely stressful and upsetting experience. I would not trust this company with my belongings again.
