When I had questions I was able to text him and he responded in a reasonable timeframe. He and his movers was quick with loading. One my locks didn't fit and he was patience with me when I went to buy another lock. Thank you for excellent service.

Because the driver didn't have good directions he contacted me and when I could not help him as to where he should turn (left or right) he was argumentative and blamed me because I couldn't tell him the correct directions. When he did arrive I directed him where to park and he was STILL COMPLAINING
