I reached out to the company prior to leaving a review in hopes there would be some resolution to my grievance; however, they never followed up so here is my review- The two men who moved my items did not use the moving blankets, they did not use space in the truck efficiently, they told me there was no room left in the truck and my friend and I were able to pack several more items, there were gaps in between items and they did not stack boxes properly to allow for more room. They had no tools, no straps, and my sofa was placed in the truck with no protection resulting in black marks and scuffs, my coffee table was scratched and a light bulb went missing (broken) from a lamp. They were able to accommodate an additional hour to complete the job, but not everything was able to be loaded on the 20 ft truck. If you have a small job or studio or 1bedroom apartment then I would say they can do the job; however, they are not equipped or skilled enough for bigger jobs.
