I would not recommend this Helper service at all. My walls were scuffed throughout my home and the wall leading up my stairs was damaged. I immediately contacted the owner to let him know the issue, and he assured me it would be resolved. I was asked to send pictures and speak to one of his movers who only provided instructions on how to fix the wall myself. After the move was completed the owner instructed me to go through moving help for a resolution but he later declined to fix the walls stating that we were informed that a couch would not fit. The movers still attempted to move the furniture with our permission but did no damage at that time. My wall was damaged after the fact while caring other pieces of furniture that were not oversized up the stairs. It was a hot day and the workers got tired and wanted to finish quickly and my walls paid the price.

Dart was professional the day he called me. He went over how things would work, and answered all my questions and concerns. When they arrived on Moving day, he introduced himself, and had us show him what we we moving, and they got right to work. Loaded the Uhaul perfectly, one trip and when we arrived they put everything in the rooms we wanted the items in. Will use him in the future
