Arrived 30 minutes after I booked them as we needed more help than we had planned. They were very careful getting our very heavy treadmill up 2 flights of stairs.

Loaders were thorough in the beginning but got a bit careless as the task neared completion. They also seemed to move in slow motion. I have a lot of experience loading and unloading, and hired this team because I didn't want to do it again. A 2 hour job extended to 5 hours and extra charges.
