Loaders were thorough in the beginning but got a bit careless as the task neared completion. They also seemed to move in slow motion. I have a lot of experience loading and unloading, and hired this team because I didn't want to do it again. A 2 hour job extended to 5 hours and extra charges.

They told me they would be there between 2-3pm but they didn’t get there until 4pm. I had to return the truck at 730pm so I only got 3hrs of their help and I paid for 4 hrs so I was frustrated by that.
