They were inappropriate, 3 hours late, and they dented my dryer. So they definitely do handle not handle items with care. And trying to talk them about these issues I was yelled at on the phone repeatedly. I do not recommend this company for any moving help.

I hired 3 men for 4 hours. They were great for those 4 hours. It was difficult to load these items from the storage because the previous movers had stacked boxes and tubs in such a horrible way it was dangerous, so they had to take extreme cautious. This took time. There was so much we knew we wouldn't get it all, but my family decided we would move any boxes that were left ourselves. The movers offered to stay and help us get it all. It was dark and cold, but they stayed. However, I wish they would have left the rest for us. With the original 4 hours and the overtime for the truck and the movers it all cost more than I could afford. Plus, they were too tired and cold to move the remaining items as cautiously as they did in the beginning. I would try them again, but I would only do it for the 4 hours.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed my husband and I were with Sampson and Javon (sp?) They showed up on time and took charge. They were so professional and careful with our furniture. They packed our items like they were their own. I cannot say enough good things about the two young men! We would highly them for any job.

Moses and his crew were quick to communicate with me prior to arrival. He showed up on time despite his long drive to get to my home. He had all the equipment necessary to move my items onto my property. He was very professional and efficient. If I ever need help moving anything I am going to contract his services.

Guys showed up when they said they would arrive. They were polite and professional. Introduced themselves and went straight to work. Worl was completed well within the 2 hours anticipated.
