Initially I was not able to reach them. The young man explained he lost his phone. But we eventually connected and everything was good. They were able to fit nearly all my things. The rest they loaded in my car. I tipped them for their help.

I really thank Supreme movers LLC. I opted for delivery + Unload my stuff into my home at Sunnyvale. And they did it so professionally and apart from Unloading and placing inside my home they also helped us setting up my 75 inches TV. My California King size bed metal frame mainly I had huge sectional sofa and they helped us lifting multiple times and placing to suit the Hall at different viewing directions. Really very patient and helpful. I really Recommend these guys. Diego Ruiz Thank you. I have already Paid the TIPS so not selecting Tips option here.

Working with Supreme Movers LLC was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. The problems began when I first started trying to reach out to ask about their availability for delivery and unloading a Ubox. Their phone went straight to voicemail, and they did not call me back though I left a voicemail with my contact information. I had to call again and eventually switched to text to get a response. Even then, communication was spotty and they would not answer or return my phone calls. On the day of the delivery, the two movers showed up 4 hours late, and the person in charge wreaked of alcohol. There was no communication that they would be late beforehand, they did not respond to texts asking where they were, and there was no apology when they arrived. The items they unloaded got wet in the rain and boxes were damaged. When told they would not be provided with the Uhaul payment code, they threatened to call the police and would not leave until the code was given.
