Only heard from movers the night before. Tried to coordinate a later time for mover arrival to ensure we had enough time to pick up the uhaul truck at 10a prior to movers arriving as to not eat into the time, yet despite this they insisted on arriving at 10am. (poor communication) Hired 2 movers for 3hrs to move furniture in an apt only. All boxes had already been moved. Should have been more than enough time. Yet despite showing up with 3 people (two older guys and a young girl) they took forever. Very slow and a lot of chatting outside at the truck until I had to finally go out and supervise. Once I did this, it sped up some. We ended up having to help unload just to have it done on time. No one should pay hundreds of dollars then have to move themselves anyway. To make matters worse, they damaged my master headboard (visible scratches), my new sofa (ripped), and the house floor by dragging items across the hardwood. Spare yourself. Do not book these people.

The process as described to me at the U-Haul store wasn't real clear once I got the email, but I made contact with the Moving Help people and the agent there was completely patient and very clear about what would happen when. And when the driver brought the boxes to my home, he again confirmed our earlier conversation. This is what customer service should be!
